On his post retirement as QHSE Manager on an International Oil Services Company, He is dedicating his lives to serve and help others in the area of Total Quality Management Training for Indonesia’s SME and big companies who need to build a culture on Total Quality Management in Indonesia. His expertise in building a group to be aware of the importance of either internal clients or external clients. By having this awareness, this group (the employees) would be able to serve their best ability  for the most group’s interest. For the SME and big companies. The WQM Program is  public-private partnership dedicated to performance excellence.
